Hi there,
Over the past week, weāve been diving deep into the tools and strategies we use at Builders Studio to help founders navigate their startup journey. Today, Iām excited to wrap up this first week of the series by giving you a quick summary of what weāve covered - and an opportunity to access all the past and future resources in one database.
Understanding the problem in its full context is key. We introduced our approach to mapping the entire problem space - considering all stakeholders, pain points, and alternativesāto get the clearest picture of the challenge.
This template brings structure to problem research, helping you link jobs-to-be-done with stakeholders, rank the most urgent problems, and surface what we call the āHair on Fireā problem.
Beyond just mapping the problem space, we added the userās experience and POV. By examining the āas-isā user journey, we start imagining better solutions that go beyond optimising current experiences.
